INGREDIENTS
- 60mLÂ Gin
- 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 22.5mL Honey Syrup (3:1)
- 5 Raspberries
- 5mL Greek Yoghurt
HOW TO
- Add all your ingredients (except yoghurt) to your cocktail shaker
- Lightly muddle
- Add the yoghurt
- Shake & strain over crushed ice into a collins glass
- Garnish with a sprig of mint
