The Honey Boy Tavern Tipple is a creation of Daniel Noble from the Ramblin Rascal Tavern in Sydney. Herbal Jagermeister compliments a dark rum which is then sweetened with honey syrup.
A riff on a classic Old Fashioned. Essentially a Rum Old Fashioned with a apple juice float. The Jamaican dark rum’s caramel notes play well with the tart freshly pressed apple juice.

The original Trader Vic Mai Tai calls for Amber rum and a dark Jamaican rum balanced with fresh lime and orgeat. Heavy on the rum and full of flavour.
