A unique tiki style cocktail. First created in the 1970s in Kuala Lumpur at the Aviary bar in Kuala Lumpur, this tropical concoction combines a delicious mix of dark rum, Campari and fruit juices.
The Jasmine’s pretty pink hue gives the illusion that it will be quite a sweet drink and the addition of Campari gives the impression it will be bitter but in fact it sits right in the middle. Not sweet, barely bitter and to be honest, leaves me underwhelmed.
A balance of dry gin, sweet vermouth and bitter Campari. This Italian cocktail has been around almost 100 years and will be staying for many more.
The Boulevardier is essentially a bourbon-based Negroni. A bitter cocktail that transforms into a smooth & unique drink after a few weeks on oak. You’ll notice changes develop after a week but it will be at it’s prime after 4-5 weeks.
