How to make a Pineapple Sherry Cobbler

Made using a deliciously nutty and dry Amontillado sherry. Falernum brings sugar & spice whilst the orgeat bolsters the nutty flavours.

Pineapple Sherry Cobbler Cocktail Recipe


  • 70mL Dry Sherry (e.g. Fino, Olorosso, Amontillado)
  • 30mL Falernum
  • 22.5mL Orgeat
  • 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Grapefruit Bitters


  1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  2. Shake & strain over crushed ice into a large wine glass
  3. Garnish with thinly sliced pineapple (see video below), orange and/or fresh mint
