- 30mL Gin
- 30mL Sweet Vermouth
- 30mL Campari
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass
- Stir for approx. 25 seconds or until sufficiently diluted
- Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass
- Garnish with a twist of orange
A balance of dry gin, sweet vermouth and bitter Campari. This Italian cocktail has been around almost 100 years and will be staying for many more.
