The recipe was originally created by Aisha Sharpe and Willy Shine of Contemporary Cocktails consultancy. They created drinks for some of NYC’s most popular bars. The cocktail was also featured in the well renowned PDT Cocktail Book.
- 60mL Resposado Tequila
- 30mL Aperol
- 60mL Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
- Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake & strain over fresh ice
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist
