The Honey Boy Tavern Tipple is a creation of Daniel Noble from the Ramblin Rascal Tavern in Sydney. Herbal Jagermeister compliments a dark rum which is then sweetened with honey syrup.

Honey Boy Tavern Tipple Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45mL Dark Rum
  • 15mL Jagermeister
  • 10mL Honey Syrup (2:1)
  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
  2. Stir for 20-25 seconds or until adequately diluted
  3. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass
  4. Garnish with a twist of orange
