- 60mL Gin
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- Angostura Bitters
- Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
- Shake & strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
The Fitzgerald is a gin sour with the egg white omitted. It also has the addition of an aromatic bitters. First created by Dale DeGroff back in the 90s at the Rainbow Room.
