How to make a Fish House Punch

One of the most famous punch recipes that dates all the way back to at least 1794! Cognac, rum & peach liqueur make for a pretty potent and tasty drink.

Fish House Punch Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 30mL Aged Rum
  • 30mL V.S.O.P Cognac
  • 22.5mL Peach Liqueur
  • 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
  • 30-60mL Water for dilution (or use crushed ice)

HOW TO

  1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  2. Shake & double strain over ice into a collins glass
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge
