How to make a Bee’s Breakfast

This gin cocktail comes all the way from Los Angeles’ bar, Hinoki & the Bird. A winning combination that makes this the ideal breakfast drink.

Gin Cocktail Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 60mL Gin
  • 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 22.5mL Honey Syrup (3:1)
  • 5 Raspberries
  • 5mL Greek Yoghurt

HOW TO

  1. Add all your ingredients (except yoghurt) to your cocktail shaker
  2. Lightly muddle
  3. Add the yoghurt
  4. Shake & strain over crushed ice into a collins glass
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint
